Our History
Alessandro Archibugi founded the shipping agency in 1888 after an experience on the commercial field of cereals, with his father Federico. He carried out his activity of shipping agent, forwarding agent, settling agent, product surveyor, correspondent of many shipping and commercial companies.
In 1921 Adriano Archibugi started to work for the society and, on 1932, he officially joined the father, founding the firm Alessandro Archibugi & Figlio srl.
He is one of the founder of Federagenti, created in 1947.
Soon after the second world war, Arrigo Archibugi joined the firm and the branch offices of Ravenna and San Benedetto del Tronto were opened.
At the end of the 70's, Alessandro Archibugi joined the society and he is now the general manager.
In 2009, Federica Archibugi started to collaborate with his father in running the business.
